These terms and conditions govern your use of the Dripstone Media website and our text messaging (SMS) program. By using this site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

SMS program description

Dripstone Media sends text messages related to scheduling and delivering services you have requested. Messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-ups related to your service request.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving verbal consent during a phone conversation with Dripstone Media. On that call we identify ourselves, explain that we would like to text you about your service request, tell you how many messages to expect, and ask for a clear yes or no. We do not send any text messages until you say yes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and rates

You will receive up to 5 messages per service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To rejoin, you can give consent again the same way you originally opted in.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
